Home / Multi-Property Tree Service

Tree service for HOAs and property managers

Managing trees across several properties is a coordination job. We act as one company for all of them: one contact, a separate written estimate for each site, and a schedule that puts safety first.

One company for every property

One Two Tree started with years of experience in single-family homes, and grew to serve multi-property owners as well as homeowners. That shapes how we work: we keep each property's needs separate, and the relationship simple.

How it works

  • A walk of each site. We look at the trees, the buildings, the access and the common areas.
  • An estimate for each property. Each site gets its own written estimate, so you can approve, budget and bill them separately.
  • A schedule that puts hazards first. Dead, leaning and damaged trees are handled before routine trimming.
  • One contact. You call the same office for every property.
  • A plan for next year. Ask about a recurring schedule so trimming is planned, not reactive.

Who we work with

  • HOAs and community associations
  • Apartment and condominium communities
  • Retail centers and office parks
  • Property management companies
  • Owners of several rental or commercial properties

What we cover

Everything on our services page, across your portfolio: trimming for clearance and health, hazard removal, storm and emergency response, stump grinding, landscaping and debris removal.

Storm season

After a storm, trees come down on several properties at once. Tell us which of your sites matter most and which have blocked access, and we will plan the response around safety and access first.

Questions

How many properties can you handle?

Tell us how many sites you have and where they are, and we will tell you how we would approach them.

Can each property be billed separately?

Each site gets its own written estimate. Talk to us about how you want the billing set up.

Do you offer a recurring schedule?

Yes. We can build a trimming and inspection schedule around your sites, and handle hazards as they come up.
